Ikariam Tips & Info
Ikariam Score Linker is a useful little tool for Ikariam based on Greasemonkey, therefore it means you will need Firefox to use it and the addon installed.
What this addon does is that it adds some extra information when a city, either yours or a random one is selected on the island view. It also offers the same functionality in spy view.
It actually adds 3 pieces of data:
The information window on the left side of the Ikariam screen should now have those three extra scores added:

Hi
I’m using the search tool, nice tools, tanks.
But I wondering the scores like:
# Total Score:992
# Military Score:7,870
# Gold Score:51,092 (31)
or like
# Total Score:256
# Military Score:3,760
# Gold Score:2,452 (3)
Are this scores normal or maybe is something wrong by parsing? I’m playing on the Romanian ikariam.ro (s2 and s3)
Thanks

how do I read this information?
like,
# Total Score:969
# Military Score:196
# Gold Score:154,823 (650)
how many units I should send there?
How many points a phalanx “worth”?
Know what I mean?
And what’s that number after the gold score # Gold Score:154,823 –>(650)
thaanks
=P

I wondered is: what is the number between ‘(x)’, what does it mean?

Is there any chance they catch you with your pants down with this?
Posted by dionisius on 04.17.08 7:00 am
the number inside the () means the amount of gold that is possible for you to pillage. so, if your attack is successful, you will get that amount of gold.
Posted by ikariam player on 04.18.08 4:06 pm
The number after the gold score is how much gold he earns per hour.
compare your military score and that of the other city. u know what units u have, so u can get an idea of what units the other city has. slingers are worth 80 points, for the rest, i am not really sure, because it got fast complicated with boats and phalanx…

I have downloaded mozilla firefox and greasemonkey but I still can’t download score search tool. What’s wrong? Thanks.
Posted by Ringhloth on 04.20.08 1:33 am
I don’t know what military units are worth, but if you fire them, you score doesnt seem to change
Posted by newguy45 on 04.20.08 11:50 pm
the (x) is the amout of gold that will be plundered

When i send troops to pillage and I get an update from the battle, how do i know what i gained? I’ve won two battles but no loot is shown and I have a negative number beside the ammount of troops I sent. Does this mean I won the battle but gained nothing?
Posted by uome on 04.23.08 6:35 pm
if you see Gold Score: 123,541 (291) this means that 291 gold might be raid

How come they don’t allow this scripting on IE why not this shuns out a LOT of internet users as IE is the best Internet.

Handy tool!
I’ve also noticed you not only get the stats, but on the map, the towns which have a lower score then your own town, get their building site flag turned yellow instead of red. When a player / town has a higher score, the flag stays red.
Maybe this comes in handy for pillaging, blockading, etc. as well?
Posted by fritolay on 05.07.08 4:41 pm
I did these steps:
downloaded greasemonkey
tools/new user script/ added script
Now how do i use the search tool???
Posted by Scrappy on 05.07.08 5:18 pm
I found the meaning of “(x)”. When you hover your mouse over it, it’s says: Amount of gold lootable from this town. Don’t how it’s determined though.
